Mr. Kinoti is a versatile finance and investment professional with over 30 years of experience in corporate and business development. He is a Full member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA) and holds both a Masters of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree, along with a Diploma in Management. As the co-founder and immediate Group Chief Executive of Fusion Capital, a prominent Private Equity and Real Estate company in East Africa, Mr. Kinoti has played a pivotal role in building and expanding the firm's presence across the region. Notably, in 2016, he pioneered the launch of the first Development Real Estate Investment Trust (D-REITS) on the continent, showcasing his expertise in innovative financial ventures. Additionally, under his leadership, Fusion Capital sponsored the successful development of Kigali Heights, a modern Mix-use complex in Kigali City, Rwanda, among other significant ventures. In 2017, Mr. Kinoti voluntarily retired to take on the role of Managing Director & CEO of Suntra Investment Ltd, a leading Stockbrokerage firm licensed by the capital markets authority. His vast experience and expertise have led to directorships in several leading companies and institutions in Kenya, making him a highly respected figure in the finance and investment sectors. With a passion for business coaching, conference speaking, training, and writing, he continues to make valuable contributions to the growth and development of various corporates and business entities.

Mr. Kirimi is a highly experienced Investment banker with 40 years of expertise in accounting and finance. His extensive career includes various senior roles in Finance and General Management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Nairobi and is a qualified CPA (K), CPS (K), FCCA, and FA (Financial Analyst- ICIFA). Throughout his career, John has made significant contributions to the finance industry, serving as a shareholder and Executive Director of Sterling Capital Limited, a leading Investment Bank licensed by the Capital Markets Authority. He has also held key positions such as company secretary and general manager of D.T Dobie Company (Kenya) Limited, where he was also a director in associated companies. John's expertise extends to serving on the board of Kenya Commercial Bank Ltd and being the first Chairman of its Audit Committee. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Kirimi has played important roles in various organizations, including being the former Chairman of the Motor Trade and Allied Employers Association. He has served as a Treasurer of the Nairobi University Council, a Trustee of Nairobi University Pensions Scheme, and Chairman of its Investment Committee. Additionally, John currently serves as a director of the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks, where he was a past Chairman. His vast experience and leadership have left a lasting impact in the finance and investment sectors.

Robert Mugo, an Associate Director at Vedman Capital Limited, is a highly accomplished Strategic Business Development Professional with over 20 years of experience in finance and strategy. Purity has a successful track record in sourcing finance for businesses and driving impact and sustainability initiatives. Throughout her career, Purity has gained valuable experience in various industries and sectors, including travel and tourism, logistics, consultancy, and aviation regulation. Her work experience spans both Africa and overseas, working with industry leaders such as Rendeavour Group, Reed Business Information, and IBM. Purity's education includes an MBA from the London School of Business and Finance, a BA (Hons) from the University of Portsmouth, and a Sustainable Finance Certificate from Cambridge University Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She is also a Fellow of ACCA. In her role as a Sustainable Finance and ESG lead, Purity actively contributes to important initiatives such as the Kenya Climate Change Amendment Bill 2023 and advocates for new sustainability standards in Kenya. As the Founder and CEO of Ohana Family Wear Limited, she leads strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
